This is a perfect way to spend a late winter's day - or enter a favorite chili or secret wing recipe, sample other entries and be the judge. There is no charge for chili and/or wing entries, which may be from a business, organization, or individual. Multiple entries are encouraged. Admission fee for the public to "taste and judge" is $20 per person, with advance ticket sales through the chamber office, or the Lake Wallenpaupack Branch of the Honesdale National Bank. The cook-off gets under way at high noon at Ehrhardt's Waterfront Restaurant.

The Saw Doctors are an Irish rock band internationally renowned for their live performances. The band quickly gained national attention when they toured in support of popular Irish bands Hothouse Flowers and The Stunning. Soon enough, they teamed up with another popular Irish band, The Waterboys. The Saw Doctors also have quite a rabid fan base which, at times, has been equated to that of the Grateful Dead.
