Fees and Deposits

Security Deposit $500

House cleaning and hot tub setup charge $150

Linen and Towel Service $85

Pet Charge $50 for the weekend or $100 for the week (One Pet Only)

Payment Terms 

50% deposit required upon signing the Contract Agreement

Visa or Master Card are accepted (Please add service fee 2.5% of total rent when paying by credit card.)
